Replacement X50v arrived this morning.
Was not a new device but a refurbished device - the guy on the phone said it would be a new device - oh well - never mind.
But this device still had some data in the built-in storage from the previous owner - might have been one of you guys :)
So I rejected it and called Dell - waiting for the supervisor to contact me now...
