The second replacement arrived yesterday morning by 9am.
Again, a refurbished device. It too still had some folders under "Build-In" storage, but no files. As it looked nicer than the day-before's one (i.e. that one the screen did not look straight), I deviced to accept it.
So far so good - got the BIS - just need to install all the software again...
I wonder how much it is costing Dell to handle each replacement due to the BIS failures...must be lots!
