Our day didn’t start as expected!
We were expecting to be on the road by 9am to drive to Poole for the 14:30 ferry to St Malo.
Instead, at 5am Claire received an email from Condor saying that our ferry had been cancelled due to a ‘Technical Issue’.
A hive of activity ensued as we researched and rebooked a crossing from Portsmouth to St Malo leaving at 8:15pm and arriving at 8:15am in St Malo.
Cabins are compulsory and so we are currently in said cabins using 1hr free WiFi before we will bed down for the night.
