LEFROG Rest Day at Entraygues-sur-Truyere

After 9 days of riding, we are now over halfway in our journey from St Malo to Nice.

If you are wondering why we have nicknamed this trip “LEFROG”, it’s a play on words following our LEJOG (Land’s End to John O’Groats) ride in 2024.

We have been blessed with wonderful accommodation in an idyllic setting for our rest day. We have made the most of it by staying at our base.

We caught up with washing.

I changed my bike chain to a freshly waxed new chain provided by Adrian. We checked our tyres and even cleaned our bikes.

We enjoyed good food and rest and finished the day with a kedgeree supper and I have 2 Magnums!

We are hoping to enjoy a further good night’s rest before setting out on what will be one of our longest and toughest days – so onwards and upwards!

I have created a GiveWheel page to support my chosen charities – Sussex Cancer Fund and Cancer United. If you would like to help me reach my target of £2,000, please visit https://gvwhl.com/QV7EB
